I wonder what people would say if the Mayor was a man! How many public employees have posed for calendars on public property? I think the real issue here is some people disagree with the Mayor's position on some issues and rather than debating the issue, they have to try and make her look bad. In my opinion they are the ones who should be ashamed. If they have a problem with the Mayor then why not debate the issue in a proper forum, or maybe they can't so that's why they had to stoop to dirty tactics If they are so concerned about the people of Arlington seeing these photos then why did they contact the newspaper except to try and slander the Mayor. Hang in there Carmen, we support you and I can only hope the people of Arlington will look at the Mayor's job performance and see this for what it is.

She is obviously proud of her body and showing it does not demean her at all. If anything it empowers her further. Those who think she should step down should step back and take a look in the mirror. Anyone who works hard to keep herself looking so fit would certainly put the same effort into making her town a better place. Go Carmen!

She's a good looking woman and the pictures were taken before she was elected as Mayor. Although it may have not been the best thing to put it up on myspace for everyone to see, if she can do the job why not let her just do her job...

OK so she is not Marion Berry or anything, but she is the mayor of that city. A mayor should be an upstanding pillar of the community. She needs to be fired then she can post those pics of that sexy little body again. Can't wait to see her in Playboy.
