50 Cent on Chace Crawford's Appeal: 'I Need to Get in on That'

50 Cent just doesn't get it. What's the big deal about Chace Crawford? The rapper and the Gossip Girl heartthrob just shot the movie Twelve together, and Fiddy was blown away by the number ladies who flocked to see the blue-eyed boy, not him!

"You should see how the girls go crazy over Chace," he said (via E! Online). "I'd see these people standing around, jumping up and down, and I'd say, 'What is going on? Did they see me?' But then I'd see Chace standing outside. I need to get in on that."

50 Cent might not be a fan of taking the back seat when it comes to being the leading ladies' man, but he did have nice things to say about his co-stars convincing acting skills. "He was really, really good on set," he said. "I mean, he'll make you feel like he's been in that actual drug-dealing lifestyle before."

And Fiddy also talked about his unlikely friendship with singing sensation Bette Midler. "When I met her, I thought I was high -- until my grandmother saw me in photographs and saw Bette Midler," he said. "She said, 'Baby, you made it! You're doing good.' "
