Child day care

The American Red Cross will conduct a baby-sitter training class from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 14 at its office, 3057 Michigan Ave. It is recommended for youths ages 11 to 15. The course gives area young people the safety skills and confidence to be great baby sitters. Participants will learn leadership skills, basic care, accident prevention techniques and first-aid procedures that can save a childs life. The cost is $42. To register, call...
