Do new pictures and video show El Chupacabra in Texas? [video]
NEWS OF THE WEIRD
These folks in Blanco, Texas believe the video above captures El Chupacabra after they found its dead body in someone's barn.
El Chupacabra when translated to English means "goat suckers". They're supposedly mythical creatures described in Latin American history animals that seem to be part panther, part reptile-like bipeds with large fangs, forked tongues, and sharp spines protruding from their backs.
Now the animal they claim is El Chupacabra in this video doesn't exactly fit that description. It doesn't have a forked tongue or a sharp spine. Regardless, the creature here is definitely different than most things we've ever seen.
Previous El Chupacabra carcases found in the midwest were discounted as wild wolves with severe mange, others in the northeast were found to be water-logged pit bulls and some have even turned out to be a big hoax.
