She was born in San Francisco, California and grew up in Menlo Park, a suburb south of the city. Attended Tamalpais High School and a member of the Ensemble Theater Company in Mill Valley, California and graduated from Menlo-Atherton High School in Atherton, California.
Courtney Thorne-Smith Goes For A Hike With Jake
Courtney Thorne-Smith took her son, Jake, 21 months, out for a hike out in Brentwood, California, yesterday.
Courtney is looking amazing in her post baby body. Recently she revealed how she got in shape so fast after having her son.
I walk with Jack. I carry him, so that’s a 30-pound weight I have with me on my walk. I also do 20 minutes of yoga and Pilate stretches that I sort of put together myself. The Mari Winsor Pilate routines are really good. She was my teacher, and I just sort of put together my own little workout using what I learned and her DVDs.
I wish that I tried the whole carry my son with me while I walked. I am sure that I would have lost a lot of weight that way since my son was so heavy.
