A federal grand jury has indicted a University of Florida professor and his wife with fraud and offenses arising from $3.7 million in contracts the couple entered into with NASA, the United States Air Force and the Navy, Karen Rhew-Miller, spokeswoman for the United States Attorney's Office, said.
