Cristian Zapata To Miss Manchester City Clash

Villarreal are facing some worrying times ahead of their vital Champions League meeting with Manchester City on Wednesday.

The Spanish club have confirmed a knee injury to Colombian defender Cristian Zapata will keep him sidelined for up to five weeks adding to the problems the outfit already had.

Spanish midfielder Cani, Argentine forward Marco Ruben and captain Marcos Senna are all out of the visit of City and Zapata’s absence only compounds that as they strive to get off the bottom of Group A at the halfway mark of the group stage.
