Arizona to Criminalize Illegal Aliens as “Trespassers;” Kidnapping Capital Phoenix under Siege by Rampant & Out of Control Criminal Illegal Aliens:By Marc Chamot
Just recently President Barack Obama talked the talk to a Latino group, about implementing amnesty and legalization for over 12 million undocumented aliens.
He specifically called for strengthening and securing the border with Mexico, to help stem the flow of future illegal aliens, before he was to activate his amnesty plan.
President Obama has been talking the border enforcements’ rhetoric for a while, but there is still no action on his part in accomplishing one of his campaign promises.
There’s no doubt that our federal immigration enforcement policies are totally broken, and states are sadly realizing that it’s up to them to take action.
But Arizonians have had enough with the out of control illegal border crossings.
Arizonians have had it, with America’s busiest illegal aliens smuggling sprees, with these constant border crossovers and the rampant crimes that go along with it.
So, Arizona politicians are considering a new law that would require all state and local law enforcement agencies, to delve deeper into immigration enforcements.
They are also going to reject the federal union’s notion that it’s theirs to control and only theirs to enforce.

The proposal has cleared the Arizona Senate, and it is being considered by the house. If the law passes Arizona will be the first state in the United States to criminalize illegal immigrations through an expansion of its trespassing laws.
Arizona’s legal loophole for this new law to pass constitutional muster, is to prove that the federal government has failed to control the porous borders, and have endangered the lives of their citizens, because of it.
Some local politicians “don’t have the courage to stand up for their citizens,” said Republican state Senator Russell Pearce of Mesa, the bill’s sponsor.
Especially since Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, have all been experiencing crime waves involving illegal aliens from Mexico. After a recent study and news reports, they called Phoenix as the kidnapping capital of the United States.
See story, Kidnapping Capital of the U.S.A.
“In what officials caution is now a dangerous and even deadly crime wave, Phoenix, Arizona has become the kidnapping capital of America, with more incidents than any other city in the world outside of Mexico City and over 370 cases last year alone. But local authorities say Washington, DC is too obsessed with al Qaeda terrorists to care about what is happening in their own backyard right now. "

"We're in the eye of the storm," Phoenix Police Chief Andy Anderson told ABC News of the violent crimes and ruthless tactics spurred by Mexico's drug cartels that have expanded business across the border. "If it doesn't stop here, if we're not able to fix it here and get it turned around, it will go across the nation," he said.”
And more:
Phoenix, kidnap-for-ransom capital
“Arizona has become the new drug gateway into the United States. Roughly half of all marijuana seized along the U.S.-Mexico border was taken on the state's 370-mile border with Mexico.
One result is an epidemic of kidnapping that many residents are barely aware of. Indeed, most every other crime here is down. But police received 366 kidnapping-for-ransom reports last year, and 359 in 2007. Police estimate twice that number go unreported.”
The Mexican Narco-trafficking wars have been spilling into the U.S. side of the border, and our federal leadership still got their fingers up their rear ends, with no action and a whole lot more of inaction from their part to solve the crisis.
This could come into fruition for Arizona, because pro-criminal illegal alien supporter, and their lover Janet Napolitano is gone, and they’ve now got a Republican governor with Jan Brewer on their side.
The trespassing law will be for first offenders, top-tier misdemeanors punishable up to six-months in prison and deportation after. Subsequent violations would become a felony that could carry up to 2 ½ years in prison.
I think that’s a real wakeup call for Barack Obama and the rest of these lame Washington politicians to think and begin to act for the people of America, otherwise the states will begin to act for the people and they are going to be left behind.
