Cynthia Davis (born November 23, 1959) is a Republican politician from Missouri. In June, 2009, Cynthia Davis suggested that "hunger can be a positive motivator" for poor children.

The birther lawsuit brought by Orly Taitz, Rep. Tim Jones (R-Eureka) and Rep. Cynthia Davis (R-O'Fallon) was dismissed today in federal court.
