Drew Peterson is an ex-cop from Illinois who some believe killed both his third and fourth wives.
ABC7-WLS TV reports: A Will County judge ruled today that a civil lawsuit can proceed against former Bolingbrook police officer Drew Peterson. The family of Peterson's third wife Kathleen Savio filed a wrongful death suit against Peterson. He's charged in Savio's death and is a suspect in the 2007 disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson.
