TV News We Missed: Freddie Prinze, Jr Joins '24'
We aren't too proud to say we missed this story, which was released in May and reported by Zap 2 It on May 28th. There, we said it. It just slipped through the cracks. 
Freddie Prinze, Jr, has signed on to play a returning Marine who runs field ops for CTU in the eighth season of 24.
Our prediction is this will be how 24 will kill off the seemingly indestructible Jack Bauer. If Prinze is successful in the role, that is.
As previously reported, the next season of 24 - which is already in production - will be set in Manhattan. Season 8 begins in January on FOX.
