Girls Aloud are a British girl group created on ITV1 talent show Popstars The Rivals in 2002. The group consisting of Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh. They have had 15 Top 10 singles and they have already sold more than 4 million CDs. Girls Aloud had their first big hit with Sound Of The Underground.
Just as Cheryl Cole slips out of her military get-up following her solo debut on the X-Factor, the judge is already facing competition from her Girls Aloud band mate Nadine Coyle.
