Halo 3 Black Eye Skull
The Halo 3 Black Eye Skull is one of the many gold skulls to find in Halo 3. You can charge your shields into the Overshield range with this skull. It's on the Crow's Nest level.
Halo 3 Thunderstorm Skull
Location: The Thunderstorm skull is on The Covenant level after you deactivate the first part of the shield and is at the point where you are first given the hornets. Fly to the station where Elites are deactivated, land on the platform and walk up the ramp, the skull is situated at the end of the ramp.
