Halo 3 Black Eye Skull
The Halo 3 Black Eye Skull is one of the many gold skulls to find in Halo 3. You can charge your shields into the Overshield range with this skull. It's on the Crow's Nest level.
Another new addition to Halo 3 are the Halo 3 skulls . These skulls once obtained can allow the gamer to change their game play by making it more challenging, or changing things such as dialogue or appearance.
