Holly Madison Says Living in Playboy Mansion Drove Her to Plastic Surgery

"Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot," she said. "I was comparing myself to the other girls. Hef always said he didn't want me to get anything done." But she had her nose done in 2003, and Holly notes that, "You have to look a certain way at the mansion. If you look at Hef's girlfriend now, she basically looks like a clone of me. It's kind of weird."

Holly says she doesn't want anymore work done, but defends her nose job for making her more viable in the entertainment industry.

"Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career," she said. "Without it, I wouldn't be where I am today... My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed. I was definitely happy with the results. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way."

The striking model, now 29, reveals that she was not always so confident with her body. Holly says that when she was a teenager, she stuffed her bra, and even had to hide it from her boyfriend at the time.
