Jens Voigt
Jens Voigt is a CSC rider from Germany, competing in the 2007 Tour de France. LeTour is one of the Grand Tours in road bicycle racing and is part of the Triple Crown of Cycling. CSC is managed by Kim Andersen.
Jens Voigt -- Crash video during Tour de France
Jens Voigt, ride for Saxo Bank, suffered a massive crash during the second big descent of the Tour de France on Tuesday. Voigt hit the pavement, face-first, and slid for about 20 feet before coming to rest. He was unconscious directly after the wreck. His team spokesman says that while he has a "very bruised face," he regained consciousness in the ambulance.
