Rep: Jon Gosselin Sex Tape, Cocaine Rumors Are 'Truly False'

Finally, we have some Jon Gosselin rumors that aren't true. A National Enquirer story reported that the reality TV dad has a sex tape and snorted cocaine, but one of Jon's reps said neither report holds any water. Whew!

The rep said (via Us magazine): "It is truly false. It's sad that people are picking this up."

Well, maybe if he put the cigarettes down and stopped all the shenanigans, we would be less inclined to believe stories like that. Come on, he's not exactly Father of the Year material.

In the "truly false" Enquirer story, the Gosselin's former nanny said about bodyguard Thomas Meinelt: "Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he's seen the tape!"

Apparently Tom isn't too pleased about his name being smeared in the tabloids, and claims he's going to sue the publication for putting him in the line of fire.

Jon's in Hawaii at a wedding this weekend, so we haven't heard any comment from him on the alleged scandalous activities, but, he has sued TLC for $5 million, PopEater reports. He claims the network damaged his reputation and prevented him from working with other outlets. He's supposed to be in court to duke it out December 14th.
