Julia is best known as stern Lynda Day, editor of The Junior Gazette in the children's drama series Press Gang, and Saffron Monsoon in BBC TV's Absolutely Fabulous, the prim foil for the other outrageous characters.
This series is by no means a 19th century version of "Desperate Housewives," this series is slow-moving at times, but a joy to watch thanks to a talented lead actress as well as BBC favorites Dawn French and Julia Sawalha.
