She sued and eventually settled for five million dollars.

Kim Kardashian and sister Khloe Kardashian made their way to the Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia on Sunday. The sisters were in town for the MTV 2008 Aussie Awards but looked like they were having more fun just hanging out in the beach in comfortable clothes. I know some of you are sick of Kim Kardashian posts, but we can’t help it if the busty ass is everywhere.After their sun excursion, the girls headed over to some classy boutiques to check out the merchandise. Kim played coy behind a flower arrangement, tempting the paparazzi to take even more pictures. Since it seems like Khloe wants to be the new Kim…I guess we should be counting the days until Khloe’s sex tape comes out.
