If this Nut didn't want to be deployed to afganistan or irac why the hell did this muslim ever join the military? This guy was a coward as is obama. He targeted certain people on purpose. Why? The suspected gunman was identified by ABC News as Major Malik Nadal Hasan. A local radio reporter said Hasan is a Muslim convert from Virginia. What do you think the motive was for the Fort Hood shootings? Can you guess? I can.

The gunman used two handguns. "The gunman opened fire and essentially due to the quick respond of the police forces was killed."

The shooter was killed by civilian law enforcement and one police officer died in the shootout.

The gunman's suspected accomplices were taken into custody in an adjacent facility known as the old SportsDome Complex.

(The news media are not using the word terrorists. These men are terrorists. This is a fact)

One of the main reasons the Nobel committee gave for awarding President Barack Obama its Peace Prize award was his outreach to the Muslim world – an outreach that has been seen in metro Detroit in recent months because of its sizable Muslim population.

Obama delays Afghanistan decision again. Obama does have something to do with foes watching his indecision on deploying more troops. Everyday he delays he makes the US look weaker to the terrorists. Instead of supporting the military when the Generals request for more troops obama forms a committee to think about it. Obama is a fraud and a traitor.

An Army soldier opened fire at Fort Hood in Texas, killing 11 soldiers and wounding 31, before he was killed by a local police officer, according to the Army.

ABC News is reporting the suspected gunman was identified as Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan. A local radio reporter said Hasan is a Muslim convert from Virginia.

The shooter was immediately killed, according to Lt. Gen. Bob Cone, a base spokesman, and two additional suspects, also soldiers, have been apprehended.

One incident, at about 1:30 p.m. Central Time, took place at a medical processing center, a second took place at a theater on the base, Lt Col Nathan Banks at the Pentagon told the Associated Press.

Sgt. Major Jamie Posten of the Fort Hood public affairs office said shooting took place "near the soldier readiness processing center, where soldiers cycle through as they prepare to deploy."

Posten said soldiers go to the center up to 60 days before deployment to begin the process of vaccinations and other preparation.

Fort Hood, home to at least 4,929 active duty officers and 45,414 enlisted, is the largest U.S. military complex in the world. Another 9,000 civilians work on the base.

(Of course a motive could be terrorism. This was a terrorist act. The motive we don't know yet. It would be speculation at this point. I'll take a guess but won't say what I'm thinking because it is a guess. But I will say I would bet a million dollars on my guess.)

An Army psychiatrist was identified Thursday as one of the gunmen in a shooting rampage on Fort Hood, Texas, that left at least 12 people dead and up to 31 wounded.

One soldier, a suspect, was killed and two soldiers were taken into custody, according to base spokesman Lt. Gen. Bob Cone, who added that the three suspects were soldiers.

A Pentagon source identified the shooter as Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan; the source said Hasan was a psychiatrist recently reassigned from Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., to work with soldiers at Darnall Army Medical Center on Fort Hood. He was killed at the scene.

According to sources, Hasan, who is either 39 or 40, attended the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. He graduated in 2003 with a degree in Osteopathy and later finished his residency as a psychiatrist.
