Actress Marla Sokoloff married Alec Puro, a drummer with the band Deadsy, at an evening ceremony in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

The bride, 28, arrived at Il Cielo restaurant at 5:50 p.m. with five bridesmaids and two matrons of honor. "Marla seemed so excited. She and the girls were overheard laughing in the limo," says an eyewitness.

In front of a 100 guests, the bride and groom walked down the aisle in the restaurant's Chapel Garden. The bride wore a strapless white gown with a black sash around her waist. She carried a bouquet of white flowers.

'Beyond Stunning'

"Marla looked beyond stunning. She took a few deep breaths and briefly teared up before she entered the restaurant. She seemed a bit nervous, but still looked very happy," reports an onlooker.

Celebrity florist Mark's Garden decorated the venue with flowers in warm colors, with dark red roses. Twinkling lights, candles and chandeliers created a romantic mood.

The festivities begun with a reception where guests mingled while enjoying champagne, fruit and puff pastries. Tables were adorned with candles and roses, and classical music played.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds spent a few moments alone in a cozy backroom with a fireplace. The reception included an Italian sit-down dinner and dancing. At the end of the night, guests were treated to wedding cake from Buttercake Bakery.

The couple, who met at a party, were engaged in October, 2008.
