Melissa Catherine Smith-Means was arrested in April after she was videotaped dragging her child through a Verizon store by the leash attached to the child's back. (Woman Arrested on Child Cruelty Charge - Rome News Tribune) But it took a few months for the video to show up on YouTube.

Now the video is blowing up online, adding a new wave of outrage to the incident.
