Natasha Bedingfield Rocks Madonna Hit on 'Today' Show

British songstress Natasha Bedingfield appeared on the Today show Friday morning to put her own spin on Madonna's hit single "Ray of Light." Host Matt Lauer welcomed Bedingfield, who was just married to Matt Robinson in May, back to the show.

Bedingfield said that her new marriage has been verdant territory for songwriting as she's beeen working on her 3rd album, due out in 2010. When Bedingfield mentioned that she was still "in the honeymoon" phase, Lauer asked if that would affect her songs.

"A little bit, yeah. But I think there still should be some kind of independent stuff because I think that part of -- a key -- to a good relationship is being interdependent. And having confidence in yourself and that kind of stuff I'll probably still write about, you know, because there's a lot of reason to feel insecure."
