Jay Mohr says everything I want to say

You all know Jay Mohr. He's the ex-Saturday Night Liver/comedian/actor/ sports fan who's been in such blockbusters as "Go," "Pay It Foreward," "Small Soldiers," and "Jerry McGuire." Nowadays, he even dabbles in sports commentary, taking time from his busy schedule to call and host the Jim Rome Show and write sports opinion columns.

After today, you can add one more accomplishment to his list: Today, Mr. Mohr crawled inside my brain.
Reading his commentary about the Mayweather-Hatton fight, I was astonished and releaved. He was saying everything that I felt, only, I haven't had time to put it on paper. Better yet, his observations are hilarious (especially if you've watched Mayweather-Hatton 24/7, but even if you haven't). Thanks for making my life easier, Jay.

Yeah, sure, maybe these days. There is plenty of crazy talk passing for press clippings as the fight between the 147-pound undefeateds draws near. The more I watch the Mayweather camp in action, the more I think I am watching an episode of "The Surreal Life." Seriously, what planet are these men on?
"Pretty Boy" spends most of the HBO documentary "24/7" showing the camera crew how much cash he has on him. He talks about how Ricky Hatton "should be grateful for the opportunity" to fight his highness.
I'm sure Hatton is indeed grateful, but not nearly as grateful as the rest of us will be when he knocks Floyd on his pretty ass. This will be no easy feat, of course. Floyd is, after all, pound-for-pound one of the true greats in boxing history.
Just ask him.
Better yet, ask Uncle Roger, who looks and acts like an actual homeless person. After watching Roger Mayweather "train" Floyd, one starts to realize that Floyd Mayweather Jr. might be the world's best fighter in spite of his trainers and handlers. Continue
