If you have 3 years experience as a paralegal you can make a reasonably good salary of $45,000. You can make more as a freelance paralegal and if you are just starting out expect to earn approximately $33,000 Paralegal salaries however seem quite unfair for a couple of reasons. Firstly, you get paid the same no matter if you live in New York or Georgia which is quite unfair, and secondly, if you have more then 3 years experience you are not going to get paid more than $45,000.
