Philip Kirkorov is a Russian-Bulgarian singer/producer. Born in Varna, Bulgaria, Kirkorov was one of Russia's most popular performers in the 1990s. He is known for his over-the-top stage costumes.

He's one of the most famous performers in Russia, a singer/producer who famously married a television personality eighteen years his senior. He's also one of my favorite public figures, thanks to the awesome outfit he wore to the 2008 World Music Awards in Monaco.
