Ashley Sampson was supposedly the one who spilled the beans to the National Enquirer about the alleged affair between golf pro Tiger Woods and party girl Rachel Uchitel. Apparently Sampson told the tabloid that the two were hot and heavy, but Uchitel said via Facebook that she wasn't friends with the woman, according to NY Daily News, even though they have been photographed together.

Uchitel has since hired an attorney, Gloria Allred, who is instructing her to keep quiet about anything related to Tiger and his wife Elin Nordegren. She refused to answer any of the Daily News' questions about the alleged affair, and the Enquirer has said they have plenty to disprove her denials, anyway.
We'll see where this goes, but it's sure creating a media frenzy around Tiger. Uchitel, 34, is no newbie in the tabloids, though. She lost her fiancee in 9/11, and since has been linked to a baseball player, musician, and actor David Boreanz.
