Rants and Raves

A recent ranter [Oct. 30] pointed out that Herschel Walker set his touchdown record (49 TDs) in three years and that the record did not include three bowl games. He or she further pointed out: "they played an 11-game season and there was no SEC championship game. Not to mention, Herschel rarely played a fourth quarter in 1982, his Heisman season." Talking about Walker doing it in less years, not playing full games and not having his bowl games...
