The 16-year-old son of Sean Penn, Hopper Jack, will not face charges following an arrest last week at his high school in Malibu. A source close to the case told RadarOnline.com exclusively the district attorney's office closed its investigation of Hopper after drugs allegedly found in his possession were found to be prescribed to him. Hopper was taken into custody at the time of the alleged discovery but the DA decided not to pursue charges.
