Rose Arianna McGowan (born September 5, 1973) is an American actress. The second-eldest of sixx children, McGowan was born in Florence, Italy to parents who were members of the Children of God cult. McGowan gained notoriety for her role in the 1995 dark comedy "The Doom Generation" before she was cast as Paige Matthews in the WB's "Charmed."
Rose McGowan attended the 2009 MAD Paperball Gala at the Museum of Art and Design in New York wearing a red top with a bow and black skirt.
