As I have written here on numerous occasions, screw bipartisanship. Republicans have negotiated in bad faith all along, they have no intention of cooperating on meaningful health care reform legislation, they are--in fact--campaigning against it (as Grassley's letter proves), and they are little more than the party of "no."F*** 'em.
I agree with Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. His strategy--which he has advocated all along--is
