Shia LaBeouf Gets Caught Smoking In Museum Bathroom

Just months after Shia LaBeouf had an unlawful smoking charge thrown out in Burbank, California, the "Indiana Jones" star was given a firm warning for lighting up inside a Washington, D.C. museum, according to the National Enquirer.

LaBeouf was at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C., filming "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen", when he reportedly fired up a cigarette in the bathroom.

LaBeouf was immediately reprimanded by officials at the museum, and was told he would be asked to leave the property if he lit up again.

Earlier this year an arrest warrant was issued for LaBeouf after he failed to appear in court to face illegal smoking charges stemming from an incident in Burbank, California. He was charged with unlawful smoking, but the case was eventually dropped after the actor paid a $500 fine.

Police also held the actor in another incident when an inebriated LaBeouf refused to leave a Walgreens drugstore.

Shia LaBeouf has been a busy person these days with the release of "Indiana Jones" last month starring Harrison Ford, and recently completing the dramatic thriller "Eagle Eye" working with Billy Bob Thornton and due in theaters this September.

On top of that, Shia will be seen next year in an anthology film joining several love stories set in one of the most loved cities of the world in the romantic drama "New York, I Love You" appearing with a star-studded cast including Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, Orlando Bloom, Kevin Bacon and Ethan Hawke.

LaBeouf is currently filming, and apparently smoking, in the action thriller sequel "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" working with Megan Fox and famous director Michael Bay. The movie is scheduled for release on June 26, 2009.
