The world’s smallest man, He Ping Ping, met up with the woman with the longest legs, Svetlana Pankratova, for photos for the latest Guinness Book of World Records in Trafalgar Square in London. Little He Ping Ping is just 29.37 inches tall and his little head barely reaches Svetlana Pankratova’s knees.
