News and opinions about TV actor Ted McGinley. According to Wikipedia: Ted Martin McGinley is an American actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as Jefferson D'Arcy on the television series Married... with Children, and as Charlie Shanowski on the former ABC sitcom Hope & Faith.
For a couple of weeks or so this past month, students and parents entering the Sixth Grade Academy in North Charleston walked directly by cars belonging to the school principal, assistant principal and secretary, all parked atop bright blue spaces designated for the handicapped.
