The Secret movie, is taking the country by storm.  If you haven't seen it yet, you should.  It may entice you to actually make a change in your life.  You are the secret, changing your life for the better is completely up to you.

The secret is the Law of Attraction.  The basic premise of the "movie" is we each bring results to our life based on our thoughts.  If you are predominantly a negative person, you are bringing negative results in your life.

If you are positive you are bringing positive results.  You will run into people that believe this is a bunch of positive thinking mumbo jumbo.  Don't listen to these people.  You can direct the movie of your life. 

It just takes simple adjustments to your thoughts and actions.

How did you start your day today?
How we start our day is very important.  For the last two years, I have minimized the amount of TV I watch.  A few months ago, we finally, cancelled cable tv, because we found we were no longer watching tv at all.  TV is filled with negative images and influences that can stress you out and give a very negative influence to your life.
