Longtime local car dealer Blake Snider will open a Kia store in the Elk Grove Automall dealership abandoned last year by Saturn.
Snider plans to move his current Florin Road Kia operation from 3810 Florin Road into the mall site at 8480 Laguna Grove Blvd. Dealership officials said they hope to have Elk Grove Kia up and running in the mall by Thanksgiving.
