Gas tax vacation, good or bad?

Both Hillary Clinton and John McCain are proposing a vacation from the gas tax to help stuggling familes fill their tanks.

Critics say a gas tax vacation is a bad idea, because families would save very little more.

The amount of $9 keeps coming up, and I honestly don't know where that number came from. However, my point is still the same... If a vacation from the gas tax saves $9 to a family in need, it is 9 more dollars than they had before.

Why should a rich elitist like Barack Obama decide if $9 is a lot of money for a family in need when he makes hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

A few bucks may not seem like a lot of money to the upper class, but when a middle class family can't afford enough gas to get to work and school something is seriously wrong! Saving a few bucks on gas would definitely help!
