Purpose: One half-tuition scholarship to first place winners and $1,000 per semester scholarships to second and third place winners in the Internetworking, Electronics Applications,
and Electronics Technology categories for both the secondary and post-secondary divisions, at the National Skills USA-VICA Competition. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
