What is the easiest/fastest way for a army wife/mom to lose weight?
I have a lot of extra stress and schedule changes due to my hubby being in the army and my 1 year old daughter. I have struggled with weight all my life and lost A LOT after my daughter was born then gained 20lbs back. I was doing so well and once my hubby came home from Iraq I started gaining and haven’t stopped. I’ve just stalled at around 20 lbs over what i was. I want to lose all this weight and more but I’m so tired and overwhelmed most of the time I just don’t know how or what to do without creating even more stress and work for myself. Please help. I’d really like something easy that i can see some progress with soon
