does this sound like a good workout to lose weight?
So everyday go to the gym workout on eliptical for 20 minutes then the bike for 40, do some weights and stretches?
Is this like megan fox workout were it burns fat?
Interval Cardio and Low intensity cardio??
And will I lose weight im 5"7 162 ive started megan fox diet as well, protein, veggies and fruit.
