New Zealand Holds Memorial Service For Pike River Miners

Prime Minister John Key (R) and his wife Bronagh (C) pay their respect at a national memorial service for the 29 miners that lost their lives in the Pike River Mine at Omoto Racecourse on December 2, 2010 in Greymouth, New Zealand. Two Australians, two Britons, and a South African were amongst the 29 New Zealand mine crew that lost their lives following two blasts at the Pike River Mine 50 kilometers north of Greymouth on New Zealand's west coast.
