Out of Iraq Congressional Caucus co-founders Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) (R) and Rep. Lynn Woolsey (D-CA) (C) are joined by Progressive Democrats of America Director Tim Carpenter (L) for a news conference on Capitol Hill May 8, 2008 in Washington, DC.
