WWII Soldiers And Bergen-Belsen Prisoners Meet At Reunion(Micha Tomkiewicz)
(L-R) Dr. Peter Lantos, Micha Tomkiewicz, and Elizabeth Seaman pose for photos at the 30th Infantry Division Veteran's Division of WWII annual reunion March 28, 2008 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. All there were 6 year old children when they were freed from one of the infamous "Bergen-Belson Death Trains" by Attachments and Battalions of the 30th Infantry. The annual reunion March 28, 2008 was special this year, as several Holocaust Surviviors who were liberated by American Troops, including Attachments and Battalions of the 30th Infantry, reunited with the troops who helped free them for the first time in over 60 years.
