Katie Holmes takes a break while filming her latest film 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark'. She is filming on location at the vacant Medical clinic in Melbourne. She went for a stroll through the streets with her tall bodyguard by her side. Katie stopped off at a chocolate store and bought gifts for Tom and her daughter Suri and of course one or two pieces to satisfy her sweet tooth. Katie then took a slow walk back to the set to commence filming once more.
