Manager Dusty Baker of the Cincinnati Reds argues with home plate umpire Bill Welke after Joey Votto was called out on strikes against the New York Mets on July 12, 2009 at Citi Field in the Flushing neighborhood of the Queens borough of New York City. Votto was ejected from the game by Welke.
