Woman Discovered Living In Berlin Airports

A woman, reportedly a Finnish citizen named Jaana J., walks through the main passenger terminal at Tegel Airport on March 24, 2009 in Berlin, Germany. According to German media reports and local witnesses Jaana J. has been sleeping at Tegel and nearby Schoenefeld airports since December. Media reports also claim Jaana is mentally disturbed, and that both Finnish embassy authorities and a Finnish priest have approached Jaana in efforts bring her either back to Finland or to a psychiatric institution, though thus far Jaana remains free and spends her time in the airports and in the city.
