Lost's Naveen Andrews was awarded physical and legal custody of his 3-year-old son Wednesday in L.A Superior Court, according to TMZ.com . The boy's mother, Elena Eustache, had taken him without L.A. County permission after accusing Andrews' girlfriend, actress Barbara Hershey, of practicing witchcraft and poisoning her son, according to TMZ. But a judge didn't buy her claims. Under Wednesday's ruling, the boy is now allowed to travel to Hawaii -- where Andrews films Lost -- and can be accompanied either by the actor or Hershey.
